I was called to give my permission to change it rather than discover at the end it was replaced and charged for it. Lastly, I was a few minutes late to pick up my car and they called me to make sure everything was ok and if I needed any assistance getting there. Very helpful and friendly. My husband wants to buy a GMC now just based on the service I receive! More

I was charged way over what was required.She also had parts replaced (I never got to see the "broken" ones as requested) and she also tried (many times) to sell me a set of new tires that I did not need. She left Reno Buick/GMC/Cadillac's employ but I never got any satisfaction nor response from Greg Overby the Service Manager. After years of fighting with this dealership they lost my loyalty. More
Service AC - No Appointment On a very hot day late in the afternoon, I did not expect the service I received. I first met Douglas in the service area and he was very busy but too On a very hot day late in the afternoon, I did not expect the service I received. I first met Douglas in the service area and he was very busy but took the time to hear my issue. He told me that it might not get looked at today but we will try. As he was working on the service worksheet he noticed a recall for that particular issues I was having with my GMC Yukon XL. After he looked around he told me that he did not have a loaner plate. I said Ill go up to sales and hopefully they could accommodate. As I got to the sales area I met Andre who also was working another issue but took the time to help me secure a loaner vehicle for the next two days. He was very accommodating meeting my needs and very professional. As I went back to let Douglas know he said my vehicle was getting inspected. He offered since I was in to complete an oil change. That helped me tremendously as busy as life gets. After I drove away Douglas called a few hours later updating me on the progress and timeline for my vehicle. I finally picked up my vehicle the very next day approximately 24 hours later all working and I was very appreciated. This day was far beyond what I expected and want to let you know how extremely happy and Thankful I am that the great people at Reno GMC are out to ensure the customer is satisfied. More

Then there was a question regarding the warranty which was resolved by Greg the service manager to my satisfaction. There is a sign in the Service area that mentions SATISFACTION, I was completely satisfied with the final outcome regarding the warranty issue. I have but one BIG COMPLAINT which is that, one brings the vehicle in for service and if needed there is a shuttle service to take you to the destination you want being a place of work or home. However there is no SHUTTLE SERVICE TO MAKE THE RETURN TO PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE. That policy on my view REALLY SUCKS (sorry for that comment, however I was really bent out of shape when I was told there is no return service). You should consider correcting this problem as I am certain that it is a concern to many of your customers. I had no way of returning to your dealership, however thanks to a good neighbor that gave me a ride More
