I dropped off vehicle at noon Monday. Mr. Garcia told me that they would need the vehicle 2-3 days. He said he would communicate with me about service options needed after vehicle was looked at. When I had that they would need the vehicle 2-3 days. He said he would communicate with me about service options needed after vehicle was looked at. When I had not heard from him by late Wednesday morning I left a message for him to call me. The work day ended without me hearing from him. Tomorrow will be the fourth day the vehicle has been in the shop after a 2-3 day estimate. I have had no communication from anyone. If I don’t here from them by tomorrow, I’ll attempt to reach a Service Manager by phone. If that fails I will drive to them and attempt talk to the Service Manager or General Manager in person. It’s hard to rate a service when you have received none. More

Service department did not prioritize services needed, wanted to keep vehicle over night without providing courtesy vehicle, and did not provide courtesy car wash for second time. Appointment time not honored and was told the appointment time is when the vehicle is brought into the shop, not when service is rendered. Offered to send photos of what vehicle was doing and told not needed, but service department unable to recreate problem, so issue was left untreated. More
