Don’t care about you once you bought the vehicle from them After the purchase. I had a issue with a seat. Ended up in a total nightmare found NO one there to be a man of their word. It was a total screw you if I don’t like you I don’t have to fix it from Rodney, Then proceed to the back shop with Jim who I have done business with since 2004 he said no worries we will get it fixed after sitting there most of the day I was dropped at home only to get a phone call from Jim 1 1/2 hours later saying my truck is ready to pick up and there is nothing wrong with it. At which point Jim brought down Mike the Service Manager after a long debate. He then gave me his word that it would be repaired right and for my inconvenience detailed like it should of been when I picked it up brand new a couple of weeks before. We (Mike, Jim And myself) went inside and set up the appointment for the following week. I then dropped it Tuesday at 11am so they had plenty of time to fix it by Wednesday at close. Needed it no later then 9am on Thursday. No one called Wednesday. Thursday when I finally got someone on the phone I was told they had just started it at 7:30 am and it would take most of the day this after being promised by the Mike that it would be done and done right and on time. I called Mike and pretty much got a screw you attitude by him when I asked xxx hung up with him and called Garrett who said he would check into and get back to me. No one ever got back to me except Jim at 3:51 that my truck was now done. 7 hours past the agreed very latest time. Truck was washed had been vacuumed however the windows and sticker marks that should of been cleaned when I first bought it are still there, and no one other then Jim has apologized for the way that Rodney spoke to me 5 days after I purchased the vehicle. If this is the treatment you want from a company. Good Luck More
