I am nervous about car shopping because I don't know what kind of car I want to purchase for my teenage son. Usually I feel intimidated by car sales people but not with Doreen. She treated me with respect and I felt like I was her most valued customer. She discussed options and let me freely browse the showroom and lot. It was a great shopping experience for me. I never felt like I was wasting her time and she never pressured me to buy now. I was impressed and very pleased with my Reno Buick GMC Cadillac experience. They are locals who treat you like family. Doreen personally took the time to show me around the lot and actively encouraged me to test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. The staff and atmosphere there are laid back and they are not high pressure sales people by any means. I bought a new 2011 GMC Acadia from Reno Buick GMC Cadillac. I found the car online and it was exactly what we were looking for. I talked with their internet salesman on the phone (Jeremy), was quot Cadillac. I found the car online and it was exactly what we were looking for. I talked with their internet salesman on the phone (Jeremy), was quoted a price by the sales manager (Joe), and drove to Reno from California to buy the car. The car really sold itself because it had all the features and was the color that we wanted. My interaction with the sales staff was great as well. The price I was quoted was very good and straightforward. GM was also offering great financing. Jeremy was very helpful in explaining the features of the car. Other dealers I spoke with were hesitant to quote me prices or tried to sell me something I didn't want. Jeremy, Joe, and Ken were friendly and helpful. If I were buying another car, I would call them first, even though I don't live in Reno. It was worth the drive! More

The lying and deceiving they do is the worst from any place I've dealt with. They will purposely omit info about cars in hopes that you won't notice. I bought a 2003 Cadillac CTS and from day one the car started having problems. After I noticed about 7 bad problems with the car, I decided to turn it it. They don't want to fix anything with their cars and rely on the ignorant. They said that they were not responsible for anything wrong with the car because I test drove it twice. That's a load of crap. They tried screwing me out of my down payment after they decided that they wanted the car back. I'm pretty sure I was a liability to their company bc I kept noticing problems and forcing them to fix em. The finance manager Mike threatened to punch me in the face after I caught him in a lie. This place is so unprofessional, don't know how they are in business. The crappy building and sign should have been a dead giveaway to stay away. This place should be called Shady slimeballs used cars! Stay Away!!! More

The following review is in my own opinion. This was several years ago but I took my car in for service because the A/C system was not working. They called me after diagnosing and said I needed a new c several years ago but I took my car in for service because the A/C system was not working. They called me after diagnosing and said I needed a new compressor. I was unsure about the diagnosis so I took my car to a specialist in A/C for a second opinion. They told me it was a bad scraeder valve and all I needed was that to be replaced and then a system recharge. It saved me several hundred dollars from having to get a new compressor from Winkel which I did not need. An obvious attempt to rip me off and perform unnecessary repairs. More
