Tom was a great salesman. He and everyone were so friendly. We had been across the road and they didn't really want to work with us. So we got in our car and went down the road to Royal and we hadn friendly. We had been across the road and they didn't really want to work with us. That is a total turn off to me. Plus their cars are very overpriced in my estimation. So we decided to try Chrysler and were very impressed with Tom.
