I purchased a new 2012 Compass. I liked the fact that I was not pressured into buying anything. I had the opportunity to look around and take tiem to think about what I wanted in a new car before making my was not pressured into buying anything. What I found disappointing was that I purchased a brand new car with less than a quarter tank of gas. You would think that a dealership would have filled the tank with the purchase of a brand new car! Other than that, the service was great! More
Tom was extremely helpful in providing me with the pros and cons when deciding whether to purchase or lease a new vehicle. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and I never felt like I was being rushed through the process like a factory line. Buying/leasing a new car is an extremely difficult and stressful process, so Tom's sense of humor certainly helped to ease my mind. When I picked up the vehicle, Tom walked me outside in the freezing weather and took the time to physically show me what each button was for and he even programmed some of the menu options for me. I drove away feeling satisfied with my decision! I highly recommend this dealership and highly recommend Tom as someone to deal with! Thank you. More

Second posting by me. Our positive experience with our first sale made me go back in for another 2 weeks later. I had a great truck. A 2008 Ram that I absolutley loved. Not a bit of trouble with it and us first sale made me go back in for another 2 weeks later. I had a great truck. A 2008 Ram that I absolutley loved. Not a bit of trouble with it and used it to haul my horses and hay deliveries all over CNY. Mike gave me a call to let me know about some major end of model year rebates. I was hesitant at first because I had no problems with the truck I had, but with the incentives they had to offer and huge trade in that they gave me I got the exact same truck (color and all) except it's brand new with full warantee and many more features for $40.00 a month more than I was paying. They were able to add the after market items that I wanted with just a few hours and I absolutley love it! Thanks guys! More

During a long search for a replacement vehicle back in September for a car that was on it's last legs our second stop was at Cortland Chrysler where we met Mike Giovinazzo. We knew that we wanted an SUV a September for a car that was on it's last legs our second stop was at Cortland Chrysler where we met Mike Giovinazzo. We knew that we wanted an SUV and what features we needed and price we were looking to spend and had a list of SUV's and dealerships to go through. We test drove the Compas and really liked it, but did not want to make the decision until all other options with other dealerships and models were looked into. Mike was wonderful, he didnt put any pressure on us at all, and took down our contact information to call us back if any new models came in that we would be interested in or if there were any other sales incentives came up. We then took another week and visited several other dealerships and drove multiple other cars, but the shopping experience with other sales reps showed them to be too eager or dis-interested and unknowlegeble about their product. Mike called us a week after our initial visit and negotiated a great price on my partners first brand new vehicle and Darin was able to get us an exceptionally low rate. Excellent experience and total customer care after the sale as well. More
