Once we had selected the vehicle that we wanted Mike and Nelson helped us to explore all options, both new and used, in order to get us into the vehicle that we wanted at a price we could afford. At the end of the day Nelson found us the vehicle we were looking for on the lot of the sister dealership. From there Darin took over and beat the loan rate of my credit union, and managed to help drop my payment even lower without and tricks or further extending the term of the loan. When it was all said and done, my wife and I are in the vehicle we want, at a price we can afford, and couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. We will certainly be coming back to Cortland Chrysler Dodge Jeep when it is time to purchase our next car. More

Well about a month ago, Kennard and I went looking for a small pick up truck, there wasn't one there that we could afford. Being from out of town and buying a truck through the internet is not an easy thing to do..It is also hard to trust people you don't know. I have bought 3 vehicles form this dealership and all three of them have been very good vehicles. I would buy another vehicle from them hands down not to mention I would recommend them to anyone. They go over and beyond what's asked of them. They do what ever they can to get you into the vehicle you want and in a respectable time frame. I called Greg on a Saturday morning told him that I was interested in a 2007 Dodge Nitro, he had the Nitro at Cortland Chrysler for my husband and I to take a look at and test drive. He was very polite and was a lot of help. We decide on that day that we wanted to purchase the Nitro and by Monday we got the call that we were able to get it and picked it up that same night and we are very happy with it. We have 2 of them and we have purchased both of them from here and the service we got was wonderful. I can't say enough about the sales team and everyone that worked with us in the vehicle we wanted. I do agree with one customer though, I know when I traded my Dodge Caliber in it had a lot more gas in it than the Nitro did when I picked it up. That was my only disappointment.
