My husband and I walked into the dealership with no expectations other than to look at cars new and used and hopefully find something that would meet our needs. We met Chris Henry, told him what we were looking for and what was suggested to us by friends. He talked to us about the options and suggested we try out the two we were interested in. He was thorough in his explanations and answered our questions. If he wasn't sure of the answer he went to find it. After trying out the Jeep Compass we found it met and exceeded our needs and we wanted to move on to the financing options. After some haggling and decision making on our part, we bought the 2014 Jeep Compass. Chris and all the others involved at Cortland Chrysler are good, friendly, experienced people who are willing to work with you and help you make the deal if they can. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and I would recommend Chris Henry as a sales consultant. We will return here for another vehicle but hopefully not for a long time!!! LOL More

We were greeted by Mike Giovinazzo, and he was very pleasant and had great knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. When we took the vehicle out for a test drive he was very informative with al pleasant and had great knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in.
