Danny and the whole service team are always wonderful as I have my vehicle serviced by them each time as well. Nate in financing was also a pleasure to work with and is very friendly and upbeat. I feel like this team is wonderful and they know I'll be a life long customer as long as Jeep keeps making Grand Cherokee's and they keep selling them. More

CCDJR is the BEST! I first went to CCDJR 5 years ago just because I wanted a new car and had been to multiple dealerships where I walked around the lots and not one pers I first went to CCDJR 5 years ago just because I wanted a new car and had been to multiple dealerships where I walked around the lots and not one person approached me to ask if they could help me. So, on a whim, I went to CCDJR - I wasn't really thinking about a Jeep, but I stopped anyway. Tom (Caforio) came out immediately and asked what I was looking for and I told him I wasn't sure and wasn't sure what I could afford. He asked me a few questions and said, well, let's see what we can do for you. So, he went and talked with Darin and came back out a few minutes later and said that they could put me in a Jeep Liberty. (I was looking at the Grand Cherokee, lol). They told me this is what you can afford right now and that they didn't want to see me get in over my head. I really appreciated that. So, when I was looking for an upgrade, I went right back to see Tom. This time I got a Jeep Compass. Again, they told me what I could reasonably do, knowing that I was working toward a Grand Cherokee. I liked the Compass, but not as much as the Liberty so I went back to seee Tom again to see what I could do and decided on a Cherokee. The same day we made the deal, I had a little "incident' with the Compass. I was so worried that it was going to ruin the deal. I drove right back to the dealership and the guys all talked, looked at what I had done to the Compass and all agreed to we were still good to go. I couldn't believe it! So, I got the Cherokee which I absolutely loved and I just traded it last night after 2 years for my Grand Cherokee that I have wanted since the first day I walked on the lot 5 years ago. Tom, Ken, Gregg, Darin and Nate all worked together to make it happen. Thank you all. CCDJR has got a customer for life. The sales and finance team go out of their way to make sure everything is done right and the service department is one of the best I've ever been to. I used to dread taking vehicles in for service because it was so impersonal and just a chore. Now, I enjoy my service visits - because I get to hang out with the whole team while I'm there. More
Absolutely wonderful I went to the dealership not having to trade my car but being in a situation where if I could I would. So we started talking and figuring out what I needed, what I wanted, what was necessary and what I could live without, plus stay within my budget. By the time we were done I had a brand new Jeep Compass with everything I wanted, including my second choice color which they got from a different dealership. They worked with me and my needs, never pressured me to take more than I wanted, made important suggestions and made me a very happy customer. My experience was the best I have ever had buying a car. Matt kept things relaxed and was able to joke with me as we bartered. A few days later I went back with my son to look at trucks. We worked with Matt and Mason. Again another very positive experience made fun by these two gentlemen. My son ended up buying a new used truck as well. I recommend this dealership 100%. If you want a relaxing experience with people who work with you and help you get what YOU want then this is where you want to go. More
Thought buying local was a good idea.. I will start for taking part of the blame for not speaking up to ask for things I should have and for not asking for a different salesman. Since the salesman did not offer, I should have asked to test drive the Jeep on my own. Salesmen must know that it is uncomfortable to test drive a vehicle with them. I imagine it must be uncomfortable them. Again, I blame myself for not asking. Had an uneasy feeling the entire time and again, I should have left or asked for another salesman. I must be used to a larger dealership because my idea of a loaner car and this dealership's is different. Having to take my new car in for service, I was told they don't have "loaner" cars. Instead you have to fill out a rental form and provide a credit card. Really? I suppose it has happened, but do people leave their brand new car with you for service and then leave with a crappy Dodge Dart "rental" car and not come back? Or is it to make sure the "rental" is brought back with gas? Never, ever have I been asked to do this. I chose a local dealership. I should have stuck with a larger, even if not local" outfit. Although I was under the impression that a local, smaller dealership would treat their customers better, I do NOT feel that way at all. I believe larger dealerships have treated me much better and perhaps it is because they are bigger that they are able to do other things for their customer that smaller dealerships can't - like provide a loaner car without having to pay for it. I was also told I couldn't drop off my new car for service on the night I had wanted because they only have one "loaner" car. Really? I've also been contacted by my salesman when dealing with other dealerships. Not once have I been contacted. I'm guessing because all this vehicle has been for me is a headache. I would NEVER, EVER recommend this dealership and I will never purchase another car from them and hope to stop others from making the same mistake. More
