Warranty repairs Took my car in for a warranty repair, was not offered a loaner vehicle, was told that I could rent one instead. Was told that the shop opened up my transmission to take a look at my clutch (repair was for a possible clutch issue, car was recalled by ford), but didn’t replace the clutch, instead put clutch failure warning software on the car. If transmission was being opened why not just replace the clutch. More
