Refused to help I brought my car in to fix the engine cradle because it had rusted through and the vehicle had been recalled. They couldn't get to fixing it for 5 day I brought my car in to fix the engine cradle because it had rusted through and the vehicle had been recalled. They couldn't get to fixing it for 5 days and I asked them what I was supposed to do as I had no way to get to work in the meantime and my car was deemed dangerous to drive. They didn't care - I did get a free shuttle back to my house but I have been walking back and forth to work for the past three days. During the shuttle, my driver pulled out his cell phone and started talking about personal things as I was trying to direct him to my house. My family was all surprised that I wasn't offered a loan from the dealership while my car was being worked on - and frankly, now I am, too. One star because my legs are exhausted and for the unsafe shuttle. More

Faulty wires replaced. Some of my taillights stopped working. I stopped by the service entrance and spoke with Darren Van Orden, who arranged to have me come in first thing Some of my taillights stopped working. The faulty wires, which had broken and/or shorted due to an internal pinching, were replaced ASAP. I was very pleased with the attention provided and efficiency of the service. More
