Great Service I was traveling from New Hampshire to Oregon when my check engine light came on and my countdown clock began. I pulled into the next rest stop to sear I was traveling from New Hampshire to Oregon when my check engine light came on and my countdown clock began. I pulled into the next rest stop to search for a Ram Dealer. When I got to Cortese I was greeted by Brian, my service advisor. It as late in the day so Brian scheduled me for first thing in the morning. I arrived the following morning, was greeted by Brian, and away my truck went to service. Brian noticed my truck had a recall on replacing my water pump and they took care of that during my visit. Brian came out to show me the drive belt idler was worn as well (524,000 miles) so they replaced it as well. I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated. I highly recommend the Cortese Service Department. More
