Disappointed I came in with a brand new vehicle for some noise in the trunk most likely caused by the addition of the larger size spare tire. I had made the appt from my sales rep and was hoping for better service. The noise then returned after a few days, but I haven’t had a chance to get back for another long appointment wait time. More

The Cortese service department was a bit backed up, and they weren't able to get to my car for several days.
