cortese earns my future business Long story short; got my van at VISION and when I called to have them look at and fix the driver side windshield spray nozzle (smudge driver window wh Long story short; got my van at VISION and when I called to have them look at and fix the driver side windshield spray nozzle (smudge driver window while driving in a storm is not fun), they not only were rude and abrupt about it but they kept transferring me to different departments. (Different excuses everytime). So, I called Cortese and right from the start they were very friendly, even when I was venting my frustration with my experience with a dealer that didn't even involve them. From start to finish every interaction was positive and customer focused. They worked around my schedule to the best of their ability and got it done while I was at work. I know almost every dealer provides transportation while your vehicle is being worked on, but they were quick to offer it as a part of the solution to resolve my issue promptly. I also found that they can use my extended warranty there as well. As a result, I will be going here for future repairs and when my lease is up on my other vehicle I will be going to cortese to replace it! Never loose that customer focus! More

Awesome first visit I walked in with out an appointment worried that I had a leak in my tire. You guys took my Jeep in right away with out any hesitation. Repair My car was in service for over 2 months. I had to call constantly because weeks will go by with out any answers. They changed the parts that was alrea My car was in service for over 2 months.
