Great and friendly staff. I recommend choosing Cortese. Ever since I started going there in 2018, I do not want to go to any other auto facility. I was contacted that my car was ready, but when I finally arrived after waiting about 1- Great overall, but the checkout took much longer than usual. I was contacted that my car was ready, but when I finally arrived after waiting about 1-1/2 hours for the shuttle, the paperwork was not ready. And, the shuttle driver seemed a little confused and found it difficult to find my street -- I provided directions to get back to the service location. I'd invest in a good, easy to use GPS system for the driver. More

At Cortese, not only did I not feel like I got taken to the cleaners. But they were knowledgeable, thorough, and patient in explaining my needs. Nick in the service center, whom I've worked with several times now, is friendly, considerate and takes the time to listen to the customers. Going above and beyond the call of duty, exploring every option available, helping me fight warranty coverage battles, and getting me the best bang for my buck. He is the reason I will always return.
