The Company was quick to respond to my first Request For Information (RFI) and they shared the CARFAX report with me, which indicated a damage report that had been revealed by the owner. Since they were asking the top blue book estimate +, I sent a second RFI regarding this damage, from that point they become unresponsive with information and told me to come look at it, as if the damage would be apparent, but; not worth discussing. My attempt to get the information before traveling the 1.5 hours of I80 traffic to look at one vehicle that was overpriced was something everyone does every day. I gave up and moved on. More
