The service department is horrible. The person that picked up my car lied to me and then the service manager called me a liar. They overfilled my tires to make the sensor light go off when it would not go off at the correct tire pressure. More

I was having warranty service done - windshield washer fluid hose replaced. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes and it ended up taking 2 hours! I had to walk in to see what was going on.
