Worst experience ever! I called and made an appointment to look at a 2020 Nissan Maxima. I was told that they would evaluate my trade while I test drove the car. I got to t I called and made an appointment to look at a 2020 Nissan Maxima. I was told that they would evaluate my trade while I test drove the car. I got to the place and no one greeted us we walked around the office for about 5 minutes. During this time, I saw a guy sitting in an office we made eye contact several times, but he only scowled at me. Finally, a salesman greeted us and showed us the car. He then took our keys and gave them to the guy who was too lazy or too important to greet us to appraise my truck. After a 45 minute test drive, we returned, I asked the salesman what the appraisal amount was. He said the guy had not even looked at it. I then asked him to please get my keys because instead of buying the car we were leaving. I apologized to the salesman for having to work with such a lazy person. I then called and complained to someone and left a message to have the GM call and never heard from anyone. When I returned home I looked up the staff on the website, much to my surprise the guy who was too important to greet people and too lazy to do an appraisal was the GM, Bryan Carlson. Terrible management! More
