Exemplary integrity. Justin, Jesse and Cornerstone in general were great. We had our 2018 F150 in for some warranty and recall work. One of the repairs had an error that Justin, Jesse and Cornerstone in general were great. We had our 2018 F150 in for some warranty and recall work. One of the repairs had an error that caused an issue a couple weeks later. Cornerstone Ford got it diagnosed and taken care of. We were very happy with Justin and Jesse’s communication. Overall, their honesty and integrity has Cornerstone Ford as tops for us. More

Went in for an oil change and fuel filters. Started out fine but while in the waiting area I had the pleasure of listening to the service writers swearing in conversation. M F this F that. Afte Started out fine but while in the waiting area I had the pleasure of listening to the service writers swearing in conversation. M F this F that. After about an hour goes by I'm watching them try to replace my fuel filter. Not having very good luck and frustration kicking in I notice the tech with a hammer and ply bar trying to install a filter. At this point i asked the service writer to please get another tech to finish the job, he did nothing. Finally get my truck back after 2 1/2 hours later 4 fuel filters and full of oily hand prints and handed the window sticker. Met with the manager that was a waist of time. He didn't see anything wrong with what happened. More

Protect your investment, shop somewhere else! I had the GM Chris loose his mind at me, saying he would press charges against me if I came there and shared what happened to me at this dealer!!! I I had the GM Chris loose his mind at me, saying he would press charges against me if I came there and shared what happened to me at this dealer!!! I have made multiple purchases to pick up parts at this dealer, 100% of the time I was given wrong parts, including Ford parts given to me for my RAM. This dealership will lie to you, either that or be completely incompetent as they tell you the trucks came with a black C pillar, but a beige seat belt harness. Then they will even weaponize incompetence as they hold my safety harness for weeks, not even letting me know they have my part for over a week and a half, as they say I'll have to make a 2 hr trip to go pick it up, again, and again, and again hoping maybe this time they actually hand me the part I showed them on my receipt even! This place steals from me, as they threaten to press charges for me telling people how they've taken care of me! Not worth your time liars, with no integrity, who truly don't know what they're talking about, and I can tell you they will not give you parts you've already paid for unless you do all their leg work for their 0% completion rating! When you get bonus parts from them don't be stupid like me and tell them. Their GM is obviously trying to scare people not to speak up against their cornerstone on the shifting sands! More

Have not yet purchased a vehicle from here, but am impressed with their service department and technicians. I purchased a used 2018 F150 Platinum with 22K miles on it from another dealer earlier this impressed with their service department and technicians. I purchased a used 2018 F150 Platinum with 22K miles on it from another dealer earlier this year. The LKS / Auto High Beam camera was not working. Even though the vehicle is covered under a couple warranties, the other dealership was unwilling to replace that camera and was unable to repair it. I brought the vehicle to Cornerstone Ford with a front left wheel bearing issue which they confirmed and repaired under warranty. They also repaired the LKS / Auto High Beam camera stating it simply was not correctly seated into it's bracket. Both LKS and Auto High Beam now work properly. Kudos to Cornerstone Ford. Courteous staff, good technicians. Easy to work with and good communication through the service process. I would have rated excellent had they verified the wheel alignment after replacing the wheel bearing as the vehicle does drift slightly left. However, I didn't specifically ask for that. More

Front wheel bearing bad Came in for an oil change. Asked Ross the quick lane tech to look at breaks, they were soft. He came back in 5 minutes to show me a very bad wheel be Came in for an oil change. Asked Ross the quick lane tech to look at breaks, they were soft. He came back in 5 minutes to show me a very bad wheel bearing. Checked with service for an appointment, 6 weeks. Ross said he would check to see if he could get a tech in to fix it. I had to leave for an appointment. 3 hours later I got a call saying it was fixed. Unreal, they saved me. I'm a customer for life. More

My car was not working Car would not start. I had it jumped and it ran fine. Put it in the garage for an hour and went to start it, it started fine, took it to NAPA and had Car would not start. I had it jumped and it ran fine. Put it in the garage for an hour and went to start it, it started fine, took it to NAPA and had the battery checked, NAPA said the battery was fine so I went home. Two hours later I went to start the car and it didn’t start. My neighbor jumped my car and I took it to Cornerstone and left it to be looked at the next day. Jeff felt sure it was the battery, replaced the battery and it has been working ever since. More
