Very Unhappy. I brought my truck in for the Auto Butler and an oil change. When I went to pick it up the Auto Butler was not done. I also stated my concerns about when I'd tried to get service on another vehicle earlier this summer, and no one from the Service Department would return my calls. I have had good customer service with the prior dealership since 1995. This was not a "good customer experience." More
