ridiculous I bought a car from here back in August, or so I thought I bought the car. I had to have a cosigner because I don't really have any credit so I took I bought a car from here back in August, or so I thought I bought the car. I had to have a cosigner because I don't really have any credit so I took my uncle with me. We filled out paperwork and the owner told us he'd call to let us know if it was approved or not, about an hour later I get a call that I had been approved, Yay! Now fast forward 2 months, here I am, in love with the car I've purchased. However, tennessee valley federal credit union keeps sending me letters saying they are going to add insurance to my loan because I never showed them my insurance information, but I did as soon as I put the insurance on it, so I call and ask what the heck is going on and they tell me my uncle is the primary holder on the account and ask how that's possible if he was supposed to be my cosigner, and they proceed to let me know that my DEALER made my uncle the primary and me the secondary purchaser of the vehicle.... so a big not so heartfelt thank you for screwing me out of building up credit in my name and almost costing me $3750 dollars extra a year! I will never, ever do business here again. EVER! More
