I have had nothing but excellent service with very fair prices. More than once, if a problem was identified, I would ask if it needed to be repaired right now and was often told it's just something to keep our eye on. I have never been encouraged to repair something when it wasn't broken. I also like it is a family owned business with 60 years in Omaha! More

BEWARE!! Unprofessional and Deceptive! Failure to communicate! They have had my car over a month! I've called several times to check on the status and they Unprofessional and Deceptive! Failure to communicate! They have had my car over a month! I've called several times to check on the status and they come up with additional repairs needed or excuses that parts didn't come in. They initially quoted the repair would only be $1,200 and now are asking for almost $5,000! Surprise, Surprise! By the way they completed an inspection two months prior and said there was nothing wrong. They also admitted to driving my car HOME...where is HOME? How do I know that this didn't cause damage? RUN! More

Egon, due to his demeanor, may appear to be unfriendly. Not true. He serious about his work and get the job done as promised. Walked in at 8:10 AM to have my Mercedes check out. I had a great experience taking my BMW X5 into Cordel Foreign Motors, Inc. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning, Andy drove me to work, and picked me up in the evening, and away I went with my X5. Thank you for such an easy experience because taking my car in was always such a hassle and it would always cost so much money. More
