I have nothing but positive things to say about Coral Springs Nissan. Kiki, the saleswoman I primarily worked with, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Even the first time I went in, when I was not quite ready to make a decision, she did not at all pressure me. When I was confident about the vehicle I wanted, I specifically went back to that dealership because they were the nicest and had offered me the best deal. When it came to purchasing, the process was great and I'm quite confident that I got the best deal and the most for my money. They all worked hard to get me what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Nissan! More

Excellent service staff - very friendly and knowledgeable. Always keep me up to date on the progress of my service items. They are also honest about the timeframe in which repair/service item knowledgeable. Always keep me up to date on the progress of my service items. They keep my car clean and offered a complimentary car wash, which was done well. I would recommend this dealership very highly. More

From first to last it was a pleasant experience (other than sitting in the waiting area listening to everyone on their cell phones). I reported a noise that they weren't familiar with and they went out of than sitting in the waiting area listening to everyone on their cell phones). The way their customer rewards program works is totally bewildering, but that's for them to worry about, since the oil change and all the research into the noise I'd heard didn't cost me anything.
