Quick to acknowledge customer's concerns, attentive, articulate, friendly & execution was great. Had no appointment, still got me out under 45 miutes. I am always taken on time and with the greatest of respect. Although my visits are only for service, it seems that everything is being done as it should as I have had no trouble witjh the car since I respect.
