Seems like when ever I call to get my car in for service the dates are far out. When you buy a vehicle and pay for extra coverage you would think it wouldn’t take 3 weeks to get an appointment. Went to Kia for service because my splash guard under my car was damaged. Steven De La Cruz was my service consultant. He was amazing. I am move to north florida in less than 2 weeks and he made sure th car was damaged. Steven De La Cruz was my service consultant. He was amazing. I am move to north florida in less than 2 weeks and he made sure that my repair is completed before I leave. The part was not in stock but my part will be in for the repair just in time for my move with a couple of days to spare. Steven also made sure that there are notations everywhere about the circumstances so that when I go in for my service appointment (which he made for me immediately) documentation is everywhere. Assigned the same service tech so there are no errors and also referred me and introduced me to the service consultant that would be taking care of me that day.
