The day started out with a genuine hello from Shawn Ressler (KIA representative). He asked what I needed assistance with and took care of business right away . When you go there, ask for him as he was very friendly, helpful and most of all professional! I was greeted by several other members of KIA making me feel that I was there and not just another number in line. I will be continuing my vehicle maintenance at this location and with Shawn Ressler. Take time to understand that the service they provide takes time, but the customer waiting area is quite comfortable and has what you need to wait patiently for your vehicle to be serviced. I have to set up a brake replacement here in the next few weeks, I will write about the experience when complete. More

I brought my 2020 Kia Sorento in because the electrical system was lighting up . Mike Puglisi, the Service Consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. After listening to my concerns he said it may possibly be a sensor but the mechanics would check everything and find the cause of the problem. Since the work would take approximately a few hours they gave me a voucher for a free breakfast which was very nice. The people at the dealership are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Mike Puglisi at Coral Springs Auto Mall in the Service Department. His thorough knowledge of Kia’s makes one feel at ease and his friendly demeanor makes you want to return to Coral Springs Auto Mall. More
