He asked questions about what I wanted in my car and chose cars that matched this, (even in color!), to test drive. I recently graduated from college and my parents were looking for a safe, reliable car to get me through graduate school and to begin my career in. Mike listened to what we wanted and delivered. He helped us work with the financing department to get what we needed, including setting up a rebate for college graduates. He really went above and beyond.
