Inconsistent Warranty on Same Car Part in same Dealership Avoid Coral Spring Auto Mall Honda Service Department, Inconsistent Warranty on Same Car Part On 04/16/2013 Coral Springs Auto Mall replaced the s Avoid Coral Spring Auto Mall Honda Service Department, Inconsistent Warranty on Same Car Part On 04/16/2013 Coral Springs Auto Mall replaced the starter on my Honda Mileage: 75515 Invoice #: HOCS326234 Part #: 31200-RAA-A61 Unit Price: $469.49 On 11/24/2015 the starter needed to be replaced again Mileage: 90318 Invoice #: HOCS597745 Part #: 06312-RAA-507RM Unit Price: $399.17 After 31 months and 14,803 miles I was told that the starter was not under warranty. However, the new starter would be under a 36 month warranty. How can a starter have two different warranties from the same dealer, for the same car? I was never informed of the inconsistency of the warranties. This seems to be a scam on Coral Springs Honda. More

Sleaze ball, scummy Salesmanship Coral Springs Honda is the king of sleazy salesmanship. Dealing with emails and phone calls the first salesman put us thru, all the sales tricks adding we will beat any other dealer's written offered price by $500.00. This didn't happen. Best yet! He accepted our offer OTD price, telling us to com'on in then "oh I quoted you the wrong car!, but I will split the difference with you" . Didn't fall for the lure them in, bait & switch? Then incomes the sales manager, the biggest sleaze ball and xxxx of them all. Dirtier than a sack of human waste. He knew we traveled 90 miles one way to Coral Springs Honda. He starts talking, continually saying "you are not listening to me", and turns the argument about you, abusively calling you a liar out loud, at their open sales floor, in front of another salesman sitting at the table and other customers. " I'm not going to reward a liar" (because he retracted his, You got MY WORD agreed price, the night before, then he wanted another $400). He wouldn't listen to you explain what you emailed. Walking out the door totally frustrated and humiliated. We are buying a car, why should we be insulted, even if we couldn't agree on a price. This is exactly what we tried to avoid. Simple Fact: If you can't sell as agreed, someone else will. Coral Springs Honda is not the only dealership! I would think that the corporate office executives would not take pride in its low glass tactic retail salesmanship! Beware! The most disrespect and dishonest is Coral Springs Honda in Broward County, FLorida. We Bought ours at Delray Honda the same day, what an ease and pleasant, straight forward, closed the deal as agreed, no sales tricks, pressure, or degrading you. More
