Abysmal, deceptive, insensitive Called in advance to make appt, was given a name to ask for. Arrived on time, asked for J, told “he’s not here today”. Asked for service rep. Waited Called in advance to make appt, was given a name to ask for. Arrived on time, asked for J, told “he’s not here today”. Asked for service rep. Waited 15 min for rep. Advised my need & what I wanted done. Was told I’d be called with detail & time estimate. 1 hour 10 min later, still no call, went to rep, who was finishing with a cust. First item was to show me a filter, saying it needed to be changed. I asked, “What about the items I’d requested?” Got that detail & cost, plus several other items/estimates. No, I only want what I’d asked for, don’t have time for others. Bottom line: given bad info for appt, waited too long for an appt I’d made ahead of time, then waited over an hour just for est/time for what I’d come to have done. Then got into my car & a/c was reset @ lowest setting & paper/plastic wrap still left in car. An abysmal experience @ CSH. More
