TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY!!! When I walked into Coral Springs Honda, it was like deja vu. My very first car was a Honda Civic, and "she" was a jewel. Joe Randazzo treated me lik When I walked into Coral Springs Honda, it was like deja vu. My very first car was a Honda Civic, and "she" was a jewel. Joe Randazzo treated me like family, his knowledge, patience, and most of all honesty is what really finalized my decision in purchasing my car. I was also thankful that Thea Gray kept in touch with me, and updated information to assist me in my decision making process. I was pretty nervous, and she really assured me that everything would turn out great, and it did!!!! Farhan Kamal in finance was awesome, he explained every piece of information re: payments, warranties, gap insurance etc..., all to the point, and every question asked was answered in its entirety. What a pleasure!. Coral Springs Honda is the only dealership I have gone to in 40 years that doesn't make me resent having to buy a new car. Mr. Randazzo did a wonderfu Coral Springs Honda is the only dealership I have gone to in 40 years that doesn't make me resent having to buy a new car. Mr. Randazzo did a wonderful job finding a new car for my wife and I from what is one of the greatest inventories I have ever seen. I own a Porsche and I have owned Mercedes and even those dealerships did not service me the way this one has. Thank you too Mr. Damon for your work as manager. I will tell friends, family, and co workers about our experience. Keep up the good work. More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They made us an offer in leasing a car with a super good price. Once we all have signed the quotation, they came We had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They made us an offer in leasing a car with a super good price. Once we all have signed the quotation, they came to tell us they had made a mistake and given us the 2018 price for a 2019 car. At that moment I told myself "Ok, we all make mistakes". We decided to walk away, so they told us that they would do everything to try to find the same car that we wanted but in 2018. We told them they could let us know if they find it and that we would consider it if it was the same car. Two days later, they called us saying that they had found the car and for them to bring it to the dealership we would have to make a deposit. So the same day we got the call we went to the Dealership and waited so that we could do the deposit. Since they were delayed with other closings they told us to just give them a USD 500 Deposit to ensure they deal and promised us that they would bring the car in the same week. We did the deposit and waited to receive the call that the Car had arrived. We waited for a whole week, calling every day demanding news on which day the car would arrive. By the end of that week, we received the call that they would not bring the car in. At this point, we were really mad and all that we wanted was to get out money back, which it took us 4 days, calling every day and the only thing they could tell us was: "We will call you back in 5 minutes with an answer" they NEVER called us back. We only got our money back when we told them we were going to start legal actions. More
