I am still in shock at what an *amazing* experience I had at Coral Springs Honda. For real, buying a car is worse than getting a root canal in my opinion; the back-and-forth, the talking to managers, the inf at Coral Springs Honda. Buying a car is almost never straightforward and always angst-ridden. Everyone that I met and interacted with at Coral Springs Honda made me feel like the *most* important person at the dealership, and bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable with the process. My sales person was Vlad, who was excellent. And the manager that made it all come together, fairly quickly, painlessly, and shockingly in my benefit was Fez (I'm sorry that I don't have his full name). I went there fully intent on getting a 2025 Honda Civic Touring Hybrid, but with the deals that Fez uncovered, I left with a 2024 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid for only $10 more a month. I couldn't be happier with my experience More
Recd 50 different emails and text asking for same feedback. When you do leave the feedback that is accurate but less than positive, No one responds. People come here because the cars are fairly decent, not that the experience is great. Buick sales staff is more knowledgeable. This is my 4 honda with the same buying experience. I'd suggest you stop th over the communication and actually pay attention to the responses it's becoming ridiculous of not irresponsible at this point. My personal info was sent to a family member with the same name, simply careless. Poorly run back office. People here are fairly polite. Svc department decent.
