I have never seen a place run so unprofessional in my life and they do not stand by the product they sell. I was sold a junk broke down 3 times in 4 days of having the car, and they told me sorry it is y life and they do not stand by the product they sell. I told the salesmen I had 3 open heart surgeries and I need a good reliable car because of my health condition. He took me to the car which I bought, 2002 Volvo and told me an old woman just traded this car in because her husband needed a SUV. He told me this car is in great condition and that Volvo’s last 300 to 400 thousand miles. He said this is what you are looking for. I relied on the salesman to guide me and relied on him to tell me what car would be best for me because of my medical condition. I asked the salesman and the office girl if the car was ever in an accident. He told me no, I asked to see the car fax and the sale man said they not do car fax. I paid cash for the car, and they gave me a temporary plate to drive and they said they would call me once the car was retested. In first weeks that I had passion of the car the car broke down 3 times, 2 days later the car was running hot I had to have a thermostat in and my car when I took off the transition started kipping , 3 days latter I was driving my car I lost my brakes almost hit the car in front of me I was able to cut it short and pulled in to a shopping center and almost went through the window of Little Casers’ in Lehigh Acres store front. The engine at that time started season up. I could not move the car at that point. I called my daughter to pick me up I was shaking so bad. I went home and called Coral Palm Auto Sales and the office women told me to have the car towed there. I told her I was sold a junk and they should tow the car there. Bought a car on friday, was making a noise they said they would fix it,the called Tuesday said it was done, got there wasn't done, the part was used didn't work...the ordered a new one, went Saturday to pick would fix it,the called Tuesday said it was done, got there wasn't done, the part was used didn't work...the ordered a new one, went Saturday to pick it up , wa still doing same thing...we got upset , they called cops onus for trespassing, which didnt hold up, cuz they gave s lifetime warranty on labor..lol so they can't trespass charges on u's...anyway we took the car and are now letting our mechanic fix it...so beware DONT B u y a CAR from Coral PALMS, they lie..and service SUKS More
