I recommend the Toyota and Scion brand to friends and family and especially recommend Copeland as worth the trip to Brockton. More
I have had my Rav4 since 2005,when I brought it at Copeland toyota. It had 10,000 miles on it. I have driven it 65,000 miles with no problem. My service experience with them has been the best. ALWAYS Good Service - never bring the car anywhere else for service. Service is always done in a timely manner and a loaner given if possible. The only issue I have is that I brought my car back 3 times for the same issue and each time it cost me quite a bit but the issue was never resolved. The first time I told them that what they did would n times for the same issue and each time it cost me quite a bit but the issue was never resolved. The first time I told them that what they did would not resolve the problem because I had already done that myself (it was the first thing I thought of to do and explained that since my father had been a mechanic for over 50 years I knew to do that). The second time when I brought it back they determined it was something else (don't remember now) but again, I said I thought they were wrong. By now I had already laid out over $300. "The problem was they couldn't duplicate the problem." Finally when it was having the problem, I called from the road and let them someone listen to the noise it made and he determined what it was (which is what I said from the very beginning) but I won't pay the $800.00+ unless they rebate me the other two experiments! Unfortunately this dealership is the "good" dealership in the area. I believe this could have been resolved if they had checked what I asked them to check for the first time and not guessed. More

Since the day that I purchased my vehicle at Copeland Toyota, I have always returned there for regular maintenance and repairs. To this date, I have always been pleased with the quality of service. The service specialists are professional and friendly. The technicians work in a timely fashion. If the situation is taking longer than originally was anticipated, the service specialists keep you informed of the progress being made and the reason for the delay. I also feel very comfortable asking questions and trust the answers that I have received. Dave MacCormick inspires one to have confidence in the service department and I trust that I am getting an honest opinion when I ask him a question. There are a few Toyota dealerships that would be closer for me to take my vehicle, but they do not inspire the trust that I have at Copeland. The service set up is second to none. With drive in service, the weather is never a problem. I am promptly greeted and my vehicle is "prepped" for service. The waiting area is spacious, welcoming and comfortable. More
As always, I had an extremely pleasant experience. The drive-in facility was easy to enter and exit. The waiting area seating was comfortable where I read while occasionally glancing at the television. Refreshments were available if wanted. It seemed like the other people in the waiting area did not have long waits either. This facility was recommended by a co-worker. I have been coming to this dealership for about a year and one-half and would not hesitate to buy a car from here or have my car serviced here again. I have dealt with a few other people than Joe in service and all have been outstanding. More
