The caring professionals bring me back, again and again. I have been using Beard Subaru since I moved to Cape Cod in 2011. I have been especially impressed with the personal approach them have had to me whe I have been using Beard Subaru since I moved to Cape Cod in 2011. The new service manager, Jennifer Brissell, has added a new friendly atmosphere in the service department and seems to be very interested in seeing that the customer is well served. I have also found the sales staff to be honest and available and helpful, and when I am ready to buy a replacement for my Subaru, I will be happy to deal with this team of Keith and George. More

I dropped my wife's car a day early because she was in hospital recovering from some pretty scary emergency surgery. and I was coming down with a horrible case of the flu. Through the fog of these things, the new Service Manager listened carefully & got everything right. By the time the car was finished everything had been attended to correctly, even a thing that had been attempted several times before. Most of this was at no cost, including a ride from my home to pick up the vehicle. Everyone was friendly, outgoing and helpful. No exceptions. In my experience this is rare and worth noting. More
Superb Service! Jen provided superb service. So much so that I texted my husband while my car was being serviced and said this is a big part of why we have gotten t Jen provided superb service. So much so that I texted my husband while my car was being serviced and said this is a big part of why we have gotten two cars from Beard Subaru--superb service (and our fair salesman, George). I brought my car in for the annual inspection but after inspection, it needed other work. The service department (via Jen) was able to get all the work done before I left for the afternoon at a reasonable price. Get me out of here ! Although I was told that my 9:30 appointment would have me out by noon, I wound up spending 4 1/2 hrs in the waiting room. No one checked in with me f Although I was told that my 9:30 appointment would have me out by noon, I wound up spending 4 1/2 hrs in the waiting room. No one checked in with me for an update. I went to the service area to check in with the attendant & found him very off putting and arrogant.The entire time i was conversing with him, he was working on the computer. I stopped talking and stood quietly for about 5-10 minutes at his station, thinking he was looking something up for me. He wasn't. He then looked up and asked me to wait in the waiting room. I will probably not be returning. Manager Jim Mueller was pleasant and helpful when I called after my appointment with some questions. Although I had requested not to have an oil change, which he confirmed was not done, I was charged for oil & a new oil change sticker was put on the windshield. There also was no wiper fluid coming out when I turned on the wipers to check them. So, I thought something went wrong during the wiper recall install. As it turned out, there was no wiper fluid in the reservoir when I checked it on my return home. Fluids are normally topped off during this type of service. More
Satisfied I brought my friend's outback in for oil change and call back item.
