Fantastic Customer Service at Subaru Express Service I noticed that my Subaru Outback had a small oil drip (spot on my garage floor). I brought it to Beard's Subaru Express Service and they quickly foun I noticed that my Subaru Outback had a small oil drip (spot on my garage floor). I brought it to Beard's Subaru Express Service and they quickly found that during my last oil change, the technician had forgotten to put a filter gasket on. Rob Rooney (the Express Service Manager) was AWESOME. Rather than just put a gasket and top the oil, he gave me an entire oil change - free of charge - just to be sure it was done right! He also did a multi-point inspection and topped the fluids (again, free of charge)! Rob was extremely knowledgeable and extremely customer service oriented. The service was quick, thorough and pleasant! That type of service is hard to find these days! More
