I was visiting Cape Cod when my Crosstrek suddenly had all the dashboard lights come on. All the safety features stopped, and the check engine light was on all the time. Cole, at the service dept, could t all the dashboard lights come on. All the safety features stopped, and the check engine light was on all the time. Cole, at the service dept, could tell I was freaked out and calmly got me in to have the car checked. They found the problem. (A faulty gas cap) They ordered a new one and had me back to my vacation quickly. I am grateful to Cole and the service dept. for caring about me. I don't live on the Cape, so won't be buying a car from this dealer, but will always know they are there for all Subaru owners who visit Cape Cod and need a trusted service dept. More
