First, I would like to apologize about this. We have no control over logistics with Chevrolet and there are issues nationally with staffing shortages of truck drivers and train operators. This coupled with vehicle parts shortages it is as frustrating for us as it is with you. That being said, nobody lied to you or preyed on you. Our General Sales Manager, Max Reed, will be reaching out today to offer you a full refund and will cancel the sale. Certainly, you are not forced to continue with the purchase that they feel this way about. The information we have about deliveries and logistics from General Motors have been grossly inaccurate due to many world problems. Nobody has intentionally lied to you and that is not how we do business. We have also shared your feedback with GM to help generate more accurate Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETA).
