Not sure what happened to this place Horrible service experience. I will never return. If you are smart you will take your car elsewhere. I should have had a clue when it took me 3 days to get an appointment. I called numerous times and got bumped to voicemail. I finally called the operator and she forwarded me to the service manager's direct line where I got voicemail. I called the operator again and she guaranteed she would have the manager call me within 5 minutes and I waited till next day when I finally got through. I showed up at 9:55am for my 10am appointment and was informed they were running behind and it would be 2 hours to do an oil change and inspection. I said I would wait. 2.5 hours later I went to check and was told that they did not have the parts to complete the service and they would have to be ordered?? Then they proceeded to charge me $105 for an oil change. Go elsewhere, this place is really screwed up. More

Nice and helpful Everyone I felt with was very friendly and helpful. They were quick to get my car in and out for the oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment and they got my car in as soon as I got there even though I was early by a good 25 minutes and it only took about an hour for them to finish everything. More

Will Never Forget This Experience! I had rented a car at the Hyannis Ferry Terminal. It was an extremely hot day and my dog and I had an almost 6 hour long drive to NJ of us. New to mak I had rented a car at the Hyannis Ferry Terminal. It was an extremely hot day and my dog and I had an almost 6 hour long drive to NJ of us. New to making trips like this, I was totally dependant on on my iPhone app to show me the route, but when plugged into the car's outlet, the app would not work. The car rental agent did his best to resolve the problem, but was not familiar with this car's system. Bottom line, I was left in the car not knowing how I would get home. When I drove away, feeling scared and not knowing what to do, I drove past Beard Chevrolet and it ocurred to me that a car dealership may be familiar with some of the issues that "smart cars" present today. As I pulled into their parking lot, David Easa walked out of the door and I shared my dilema. He looked at me and said "I am finishing with a client, but wait here. I can help You!". He came back, asked me a few questions and quickly came up with a solution. He offered me his own gizmo that replaces the car's lighter to charge cell phones and the phone app instantly worked. What he did out of the goodness of his heart, is an experience I will never forget! As our country is experiencing a time of such disappointing ethics, David reaffirmed my faith in human beings helping one another. Unfortunately, I do not need to purchase a vehicle right now, but I would encourage anyone, who does, to seek out this very authentic, kind and competent man! More
Service sucks I bought a car from them and there were no finace person on job at that day need to come back next day dealt with Ron Lambert he was very poor helping I bought a car from them and there were no finace person on job at that day need to come back next day dealt with Ron Lambert he was very poor helping he did not help at all bought a car with half tank of gas and its airbag light on while I told Ron that the light is on he said its ok we can fixed it tomorrow and asked for the second key he told me that they only have one set and told me to call the previous owner which i did and he told me they have the both pair. Then after three days calling went for the sticker they put a sticker on it while the AIRBAG LIGHT IS OWN I called the DOT and left them a message about that so now they gave me a week later appointment to have it looked at it. While David was back he hear the whole thing and he got me the keys which were in the draw and offered to help me with the sticker. I am very disappointed this was my first and last time dealing with that dealer.Not sure what will happened later I have to go back and have it fixed. More
People at Dick Beard I stopped in to get some warranty work done on my 2015 Stingray. While I was there I always take time to say Hi to Frank Nunziato who sold me the car. Just in conversation I mentioned why I was there and without me even asking he stepped right up and personally brought me to the service department. He introduced me to all the people I would be working with with this issue and he got me a loaner car. I even got to meet Casey the technician that would be doing the work. WOW!!! What a great bunch of people they have at Dick Beard. I consider them part of my family and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. I have become friends with other very helpful people there also like Dave Essa who didn't even sell me my car but always has time to talk with me about anything that is Stingray when Frank isn't there. What a great guy he is. Thanks Dave. I would also like to thank Anthony Spagone. Keep up the great work people. I can't thank you all enough. More

I have taken all of my cars to be serviced to Beard and been extremely happy with the results. At one service call, I was kept waiting an extremely long time for a simple service on my car, but the next trip, Rick saw to it that I got in and out quickly, and did not charge me.....That's real service!
