Glen - I'm sorry to hear that this visit didn't live up to the high standards our customres have come to expect. I understand the truck was left out in front of the dealerhsip with the keys inside it rather than in the night drop box. Obviously, this caused a delay in knowing the truck was here for service until our Porter was sent out to search the parking lot for the vehicle after the appointment time had passed.
