Tried to purchase a truck from them, they couldn’t find the truck at first, when they did I drove to dealership to test drive 2hrs away from me got there loved the truck but it had service engine light on the truck at first, when they did I drove to dealership to test drive 2hrs away from me got there loved the truck but it had service engine light on and told them i wasn’t going to purchase a truck with service light. They didn't offer to repair it or anything 4 hours driving wasted. I called back like a dummy to my sales guy I first talked to and ask if there would get the truck looked at and make repair to truck to have CEL off and I would buy it . This whole week I have talked to 3 different people and no one can get any answer all they say is I’m trying to contact them. Whoever is them place is a joke. Worst commutation i have ever seen in a professional business. If you live close by they might be ok but do not waste your time if you have to travel to them and they tried to change the price on me as well in the beginning. I would not recommend at all I should have picked up on the red flags to begin with. Would not recommend any Coopper dealership leadership has problems. More
