Tracy went the "extra mile" for me! I was heading back to Texas and my low tire pressure warning light was on. I stopped at Cooper Chevrolet, it was lunch time but Tracy Dinning greeted I was heading back to Texas and my low tire pressure warning light was on. I stopped at Cooper Chevrolet, it was lunch time but Tracy Dinning greeted me right away, I explained the problem and he immediately took my truck back and found both tires on the left side had a nail in them. He had these tires repaired and checked all the others as well. He made sure all 4 tires were properly inflated before returning my vehicle. He didn't charge me a thing for this! He said he wanted me to have a "safe trip" and come back to Cooper Chevrolet next time I was in town and needed service! Tracy really made me feel confident about my truck heading back on that long trip - he really went the "extra mile" for me! More
