Extremely helpful !!! Received super friendly welcome to dealership by Tracy Dinning. Within 2 minutes of talking to him he told me exactly what was wrong with my car. Out of towners! Wow! Our family was traveling from Texas to South Carolina for a family vacation and our 2016 Tahoe threw a check engine code, we made it to AutoZone Wow! Our family was traveling from Texas to South Carolina for a family vacation and our 2016 Tahoe threw a check engine code, we made it to AutoZone for a reading and then promptly headed to the dealership. Tracey took wonderful care of us even though it was 15 minutes to close on a Friday. He checked it all out, explained what we needed to do, that it was NOT major and had us on our way to our destination. I have never seen some one so kind, smart and willing to help in all my years of customer service. Thank you Tracy, thank you CooperChevrolet and we will not forget this service and kindness. More
