I cannot say enough complimentary things about the three people my wife and I dealt with on Saturday, February 16th, when we bought our 2019 Durango, (our third Durango). I first made contact with Pat Mishmash through our shared Iron Range connection and ordered the Durango late in the year. Weather thwarted two attempts to make the trip from Eveleth to pick up the Durango and we were assured it would not be a problem. When we finally arrived on Saturday, Pat turned us over to Amber Genardi who went above and beyond to make our first-time dealership visit easy and pleasant. She is knowledgeable and personable and made sure everything went smoothly. Finally, we met Ryan Dimuzio who helped us through the assorted details. Fast, efficient and friendly doesn’t adequately describe Ryan. Just prior to leaving the dealership we noticed the outside temperature gauge was not accurate. Amber had a tech scan the car quickly and we were assured it would correct itself shortly which it indeed did. Before leaving, Pat assured us that if there were any problems with the car he would send someone for the car instead of us being inconvenienced. That is a level of service we are not accustomed to.
