What an amazing place. We were traveling through on our way to Florida and had an engine light come on. We stopped here and Matt in the service department got us right in We were traveling through on our way to Florida and had an engine light come on. We stopped here and Matt in the service department got us right in on a SATURDAY. Ran diagnostics, showed us pictures of what was going on and had us out within 3 hours total. While Matt solved the problem at hand, Daniel in sales offered up refreshments or anything else we needed. Took me on a test drive in a Ridge Line, which will be my next Honda purchase. I will add that it was POURING down rain the entire time, so extra effort on his part I will seriously consider driving from Missouri to Tennessee to buy my next vehicle because I have never had service like this in over 20 years of buying Hondas.
