Took my 2018 Honda CR-V in for a recall repair (fuel pump) and an oil change. Details for the recall work was well explained (vehicle had to have less than 1/4 tank of gas and it would take up to four pump) and an oil change. When Brigham (service advisor) came to me fifty minutes later explaining all work was complete, we were thrilled. Although the waiting room was comfortable it was nice to know the work was completed sooner. The car runs great and we were very happy with the service department. More

I called the Service Desk at 2 PM to see if I could schedule an appointment for an engine oil change and a rear differential fluid change. They had a 3:15 PM opening. I arrived at 2:45 and was back o schedule an appointment for an engine oil change and a rear differential fluid change. They had a 3:15 PM opening. I arrived at 2:45 and was back out the door by 3:30! Josh went over the servicing as well as spending time with me discussing future maintenance plans for my 2007 Element. I couldn't be more pleased!
