Unrivaled Service I had a Chevy Silverado and totaled it. The insurance company, as you know, is not generous. I needed to take out a small loan and stay in a payment that I was going to be able to make. I found another Silverado at Cook Motor Company and the price and mileage were right for my budget. I took 10 minutes and filled out the online application and the guys from Cook called me up and assured me that they'd take care of me. I left work that day at 5 and was out the door with my new truck by 7:30. After searching frantically for a few days, I realized quickly that Cook had the best prices in the area for the quality of vehicle I could get for the $15K range. The cars are all real clean and the folks I dealt with didn't act like the dreaded "car salesmen" that you always try to avoid. I'm not one to write reviews, but they deserve it. All around great experience. More

WELL AFTER 2(TWO) DAYS OF LYING, HE TELLS ME THE MORNING WHEN I CALLED TO SEE WHY THE DRIVER HAD NOT COME YET TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE, SINCE 8:30AM, IT IS NOW 11:21AM,THAT THE OWNER DOES NOT ALLOW THEIR CARS TO BE LOANED OUT WHILE MINE ISD BEING REPAIRED. However at Cook Motor Company, our sale rep was Mike. He was a wonderful change to our auto buying experience. Rather then asking us what we had to offer, he asked us what we were looking for in a car. Mike truly listen to our needs and answered all the questions we had about the car and financing. We quickly developed a warm rapport with Mike, which made us feel at easy about the buying experience. Mr. Will Therieau worked up the finances for us and made the deal possible.
