Owen & Robert were Great to deal with. Various standard items were missing such as SD Card for the Navigation System (as advertised on the PureCars Report), key fobs, floor mats and Owner's Various standard items were missing such as SD Card for the Navigation System (as advertised on the PureCars Report), key fobs, floor mats and Owner's Manual. Sales Rep didn't seem overly interested in getting the missing items for us. However, we were encouraged that the owner of Cooks Motor Company would help us get these missing items. Overall, our experience was a pleasant one. Owen and Robert were very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would definitely return here to purchase another vehicle. More

I purchased a very nice used high mileage pickup with an extended warranty. Unfortunately the vehicle had a mechanical issue after 9000 miles. But I called and talked with Jeanne and Bill about my warranty and everything minus $300 was covered. 90-110 days after the sale cook motors continued to assist me. I absolutely would recommend them. That is quality Service!! More

Good salesmen but bad quality in car. I had a wonderful experience buying my new acadia. But only had it 2 weeks and it wouldn't shift anymore so i called them and i had it towed to them. They had the mechanic shop look at it but it was a transmission problem so they sent it to the transmission shop and it was there for a week. Said it needed the selenoid flashed so they did that and gave it back to me. Well here i am not even a week after i picked it up and it is still doing the same thing and now they want me to pay to fix it and it is the samething wrong with it the selenoid that they were supposed to have fixed the first time. More
