Visited dealership after seeing a vehicle listed on an internet site for a certain price. At the dealership the salesman said the price was an error and showed me the dealership list of their used vehicle internet site for a certain price. Deciding to go ahead and purchase the vehicle, I told the salesman that I wanted to utilize a certain financial institution for financing. When the paperwork was being signed, I found they had arranged financing with a different finance company and the interest rate was higher. After restating my desire to use my choice of finance company,primarily because of a lower interest rate, the change was made. When the paperwork was completed, I asked for a copy of what was signed and was told I would receive it in the mail, as the paperwork had to be "validated". Upon receiving the paperwork, I found that the finance manager had increased the agreed upon price of the vehicle when he changed the financial institution. I called the dealership to find out why this occurred and even wrote a letter to the home address of the dealership owner but received no reply from these thieving idiots. More

Easiest buying experience Ive ever had. I found cx7 I wanted online called and worked out a deal. It was a pretty long drive for me and my husband (100 Plus miles).
