This has got to be the worst dealership that I have ever delt with. It does not matter what department (other than sales) you call; you will NOT be able to speak with anyone one. The service department is short staffed from what I am told, and no one ever answers the phone. It goes to voice mail, but the mailbox is full. Not good, apparently, they have a lot of cars that are in need of repair. I just called to get a copy of an invoice for a transmission that was put in my car in March. I was transferred to service dept?? Of course, no answer. I called back and press the option for the Accounting dept. She asked if I'd tried service dept. I explained that situation. She said, well let me see if the cashier can help. I was transferred there, phone wrong and wrong, no answer. Had to leave a voice message. The customer service at this dealership is non-existent. Where do I begin. My expectations were not high to begin with but this visit was ridiculous. I brought my 2017 Rogue in for an oil change. I received an email offer to bring my "2017 Rogue in for a $19.9 with but this visit was ridiculous. I brought my 2017 Rogue in for an oil change. I received an email offer to bring my "2017 Rogue in for a $19.95 oil change. Click below to schedule an appointment" I clicked and scheduled a 9:30 appointment. I was confirmed but someone was to confirm this later. No one called. Showed up at 9:30 and was told that appointments are not being honored (first come first served). Aaron did say it would be about two and a half hours until he could take us and that he would put us in line and we could return around noon. We took his offer. Upon backing out of the service area since it was full and I was leaving, I did bump a post on the gate and cracked a decorative plastic piece on the back bumper. We live in Loganville so it is not just next door. We returned at noon and sat in the waiting area another 2 hours and finally got our car back at a $29.95 price. Four and a half hours for an oil change. False advertising about the cost. Remember it said bring your 2017 Rogue in for a 19.95 oil change not maybe a 19.95 oil change. No problem with Arron just your false advertising and no appointment policy after you requested me to make an appointment. More
