Thank God for Melody! I brought my car in on a Wednesday, called Thursday for an update (diagnosis) they needed to do RECALL work, when I called Thursday they said the pers I brought my car in on a Wednesday, called Thursday for an update (diagnosis) they needed to do RECALL work, when I called Thursday they said the person that was assigned to my vehicle would be back on Monday. What? No other mechanics available? Just the one headed for a vacation? Had I known they wouldn't have satrted the work until 2 weeks later, we would've gone somewhere else. Melody would get 5 stars! She got the ball rolling and saw it through, even with all our cranky phone calls she stayed kind and professional, got it home to find a mat missing, was told we could get a discount if we bought a whole new set! What a deal! Your mistake and I can purchase new ones after spending 2 weeks before it was even started on, leaving us carless, and now we can also pay for your mistakes! Melody took the reigns and the car started getting attention finally immediately! And she replaced the lost mat with a whole new set. I got the feeling she was getting blamed perhaps, instead of a raise when we went back for the 3rd time! I don't know if she is management if she's not she should be!the car could've and would've been home and used to get to and from work for 2 weeks had we known it would've just sat there being ignored. But once we got Melody on the phone the ball got rolling and was completed by the following day! If there's a place that woiuld be better recognized by the corporate office or management I'd like to sing her praises there as well! Started out slow and after almost 2 hours they missed one th Love the sales dept. , service dept. Not so good. Made a appointment and got there 30 minutes early. Sat in the service dept pull through for almost ten min before someone finally help me Never told me his name but said ok for a oil change. I ask him to get them to look or clean my shifter. He said ok. I made my Way to the service dept. Lounge. After sitting down for a few minutes I remembered I also wanted the tires rotated .I could see the service manager and ask him to add that. He said no problem. After about two hours I was told it was ready. I was so glad to go I didn't even think about the shifter. When I got to Covington I stopped at the store and noticed that they didn't clean the shifter. I called and was greeted by a young ilady in the service dept. I told her my problem but she didn't sound like she understood what I was talking about. When I ask her if she understood she got a terrible attitude, she put me on hold for over ten minutes. Then I got disconnected, called back and she again put me on hold real quick. She said my service cornator was name Toni. I ended up leaving him a message but never got a call back.Today I called back and ask for service manager, was told he was out bit gave me a lady voicemail. That was around 11 am. Still no call back!!!! Not happy. More

Amazing! I bought a Nissan Versa back in August 2016 and as of July 2017 I was fed up with my high interest rate. I went to the dealership on July 12th just to I bought a Nissan Versa back in August 2016 and as of July 2017 I was fed up with my high interest rate. I went to the dealership on July 12th just to get an oil change and INQUIRE about refinancing. I was met in the parking lot by BJ and he immediately jumped to assist me. We went into his office and within 20 mins he had worked up a deal I was comfortable with! Not only did he get me to an interest rate I was willing to accept, but at the end when i had to sit down with financing, I had an even LOWER interest rate and was walking away with a brand new 2017 car. I didn't go in there on my off day to get a new car...but im soooo happy with how theday turned out lol More
Bad Customer Service I scheduled an early morning oil change on two occasions at this dealership just to be told there would be a 2 hour wait. Even after explaining that I scheduled an early morning oil change on two occasions at this dealership just to be told there would be a 2 hour wait. Even after explaining that I had another appointment to get to, which led to me selecting such an early time to avoid any conflicts, the reps still could not assure me that I'd be serviced in time. Whatever scheduling system they are using needs be reviewed because it's very inconvenient for customer's who have scheduled a portion of their day to get matters handled. At the very least, I could have been offered something in return for the inconveniences on both trips. I've chosen to no longer waste my time and use their services. More
